Rajasthan Tour with Taj

Destination: Delhi – Agra – Jaipur – Jodhpur – Udaipur – Ajmer – Pushkar – Delhi

Day 01: Arrival Delhi
On arrival at Delhi, you will be welcomed at the Airport / Railway station and then you will be transfer to the pre booked hotel to check in. After getting freshen up and relax, later you will Proceed for the sightseeing tour of Delhi which includes the Red fort, Jama Masjid, Chandni Chowk, Rashtrapati Bhawan, India Gate, Parliament House, Laxmi Narayan Temple, Lotus Temple etc. After the tour have an overnight stay at hotel in Delhi.

Day 02: Delhi - Agra
Early morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed to Agra. On reaching Agra visit the famous the Itimad-ud-Daula’s Tomb, it is situated on the left bank of river Yamuna. Itimad-ud-Daula was the title given to Mirza Ghiyath Beg, father of Nur Jahan. The tomb is located at the centre of a quadrangle with gardens laid out on the Char Bagh pattern surrounding it. Later on you will be transfer to hotel where you can relax and refresh yourself. Rest of the day at leisure for shopping. Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 03: Agra Sightseeing
After morning breakfast start your day trip of Agra, first we will proceed to visit the magnificent monument Taj Mahal, the building made for love by the 5th Mughal Emperor (Shah Jahan) for his beloved wife (Mumtaz Mahal) in the 16th century. After finishing Taj Mahal, we will proceed towards the Agra Fort also famous as the heart of the Mughal Empire, This huge structure was built in the mid of the 15th century by the 3rd Mughal Emperor, Akbar the Great. After finishing the Agra Fort, we will proceed to visit Mehtab Bagh (Mughal Garden), also known as sunset point, enjoy the mesmerizing sunset view of Taj Mahal. Later come back to the hotel for overnight stay in Agra.

Day 04: Agra - Jaipur (enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri)
After an early morning breakfast, we will proceed to Jaipur City and en-route we will stop to visit Fatehpur Sikri also known as Ghost City, it was built by Mughal Emperor Akbar in 1581 A.D. After visiting the Fatehpur Sikri, we will proceed to Jaipur. After arriving Jaipur check in at hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 05: Jaipur Sightseeing
After Breakfast we will proceed to Jaipur City Sightseeing. Includes Amber Fort, this majestic fort is located on the top of Aravali Hills. Have an overwhelming experience, of short ride on the back of painted elephants to reach at the fort. Later coming back to the Jaipur City and visit the City Palace, this palace represents the perfection / culture of Rajput and Mughal architecture. Then you will stop by at Hawa Mahal also known as Palace of Winds, it is five storied building which was built in 1799 so that the Royal ladies can take the view of outside life and world, they can enjoy the Royal function without being seen by any men. Later visit the Jantar Mantar also known as astronomical observatory. Return back to the hotel and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 06: Jaipur - Jodhpur
This morning after breakfast, we will depart to Jodhpur and transfer to hotel of your choice in Jodhpur. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight Stay in Jodhpur.

Day 07: Jodhpur Sightseeing
After Breakfast, followed by a full day sightseeing tour of Jodhpur visiting The Mehrangarh Fort, situated on a low sandstone hill, including Moti Mahal and Phool Mahal. Also visit Jaswant Thada, an imposing marble memorium built in 1899 and the Museum located in the Umaid Public gardens. Overnight Stay in Jodhpur.

Day 08: Jodhpur - Udaipur
Breakfast at hotel and morning drive to Udaipur enroute visit the famous Jain Temples of Ranakpur, late in the afternoon on arrival in Udaipur check into your chosen hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 09: Udaipur Sightseeing
This morning after breakfast proceed to a city tour of Udaipur. The City Palace and Museum is considered as the largest palace complex in Rajasthan. The Pratap Memorial-it has the bronze statue of Maharana Pratap, the legendary warrior king of Udaipur. Jagdish Temple which was built in 1651 AD. Saheliyon Ki Bari is a small ornamental garden. Late afternoon enjoy a two hour boat-ride on Lake Pichola visiting many Ghats (banks) of washing, bathing etc and enjoy excellent views of the Lake Palace and City Palace. Overnight at hotel.

Day 10: Udaipur - Ajmer
After breakfast, start drive towards the holy town of Ajmer. On reaching Ajmer, check in the hotel for stay. Get relaxed for a while and then start the sightseeing journey. Visit the Ajmer Sharif Dargah and rest of the time do shopping. On reaching the hotel have dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Ajmer.

Day 11: Ajmer - Pushkar
After breakfast, check out from hotel then drive to Pushkar, located just 15 km from Ajmer. On reaching the town of Pushkar, check in the hotel for the further stay. Get freshen up in the room for a while and then start the sightseeing tour. In Pushkar you will visit, The Man Mahal, The Brahama Temple, it is the only temple in India dedicated to Lord Brahma. The temple is marked by a red spire and over the entrance gateway, is a beautiful statue of a Hans or goose - the celestial of Lord Brahma. Overnight at hotel.

Day 12: Pushkar - Delhi
End of the day you will be transferred to Delhi airport/railway station for your onward journey.
